PROFILE & PROGRAM:
1. Voluntary counseling and testing (VCT)
Responsible for providing voluntary counseling and testing services for people willing to understand their HIV infections status
3 sites are operational currently in three different districts in Mbeya region which are, Sinde - Mbeya city, Mbalizi - Mbeya Rural and Tukuyu - Rungwe. Each site has 2 full time working counselors. An average of 11 people are attended from each centre a day.
